Today I'm starting again.

I'm beginning with gratitude.

Things I'm grateful for:

~ I woke up.

~ Food in the fridge.

~ Animals unconditionally loving me and ready for hugs.

~ Another day at home - because I have one.

~ Family and friends to call.

$354 raised towards our goal of $500 - THANK YOU!

I went looking through my chest of memories and found my childhood school case, stickers and all. It's full of diarys and notebooks I've saved from yesteryear. When I opened it, there in full 70's psychadelic colour is a sticker reminding me that "Love Never Gives Up".

Oh what fun it is to ride this thing called life! Our collective response to the ongoing crisis called Covid-19 is something not to be sneezed at -pardon the pun, or not ;) 

As I lie awake at 2:30am listening to lo-fi hip hop and rain on the roof, I contemplate what the future holds and how everyone in this world is doing.

Can you read scripting? Below, you might see an attempted post with what looks like a strange language. That's my attempt at being clever. Failed haha.

Welcome to my brain at 3am...

3 things about me:

~ When I was a kid we'd go on holidays to the beach and inevitably I'd come back with some strangers dog as my new best friend. '70s Photo in gallery :) 

~ I was very bossy as a child and put this down to my parents being teachers, (Hi mum & dad!). I always said I wanted to be a teacher but then after doing a semester of secondary teaching at uni decided it wasn't for me. I really enjoy small group training and tutoring!

~ My latest app download is Balance. It's the first personalised meditation app with customisable sessions. It helps with stress, sleep and mindfulness. It's also free until April 15! (Not sponsored)

Oh and here's a 4th thing for free :) 

~ I've always enjoyed writing, and have some poems I might share next time.

Firstly a HUGE thank you to all who’ve donated generously already to support OzHarvest provide meals for the needy.

A bit about me...

I know firsthand the difference these donations make. I’ve been on the other side of the counter asking for help, and it’s not easy to ask for assistance.

I’m not wealthy BUT I have enough and some to share so want to give back and help others in need.

Last year we raised money for Lifeline and with everyone’s support my goal of $200 was pushed beyond expectations to $500!

That’s why I started this goal at $500 - We’re in it together!!
