I am fundraising for OzHarvest to help them supply hampers to international students affected by COVID19. There has been little government support forthcoming for international students, as casual workers many have lost their jobs or had hours reduced. Recent research has reported that 1 in 3 international students in Sydney and Melbourne are regularly skipping meals to be able to pay for rent and other study-associated costs. Every dollar I raise will be put towards hampers for collection by international students.
To kick things off - 50% of all of my advertising revenue earned through YouTube from now until when Semester 1 starts in 2021 will be donated to this fundraiser - I urge you to join me and donate to help support this important part of our university community.
