In the Financial Year 21/22, OzHarvest has collected 16,250kg of good quality surplus food from Adelaide Central Market and delivered it to Charity Agencies.
That’s 32,499 meals delivered to South Australians in
need, 107,250kg greenhouse emissions prevented through avoiding
food waste and 5,606,250 L of water saved.
