Refettorio OzHarvest is an Australian-first, social impact collaboration with world renowned chef, Massimo Bottura and his charity Food for Soul. There are 13 Refettorios across the world serving up free nourishing meals made with love to people in need.
The Refettorio functions as a community hub to help foster connection and welcome those in need to feel at home and enjoy a soulful, nourishing three course meal. Based on our zero-waste philosophy, rescued ingredients are transformed by our talented chefs into gourmet vegetarian meals.
