Volunteer day with OZ harvest

-I used SEEK volunteer to find my self a casual volunteer role with OZharvest - whose journey I've been following for 5yrs and its finally happened.
-I used my Volunteer leave; would encourage people to use it too, otherwise goes to waste
- We rescued 1.4 tonne (1421kgs) unwated food from 10 different big grocers and distrubuted to local community/welfare/shelter centers in Northern Sydney
- Met amazing people who do this 5days a week without getting paid;

-OZharvest get free fuel from BP for their deliveries
-1$ donated translates to 2 meals with rescued food (CRAZY)
-In one day - 1 ozharvest van is able to feed a family of 4 for a year;
